Silently

by jazz   Jul 31, 2005

Waiting...watching
silently...swaying
my only friends are these white walls
swaying...thinking of nothing at all
voices screaming in my head
telling me how to get out of here and what to do
how to get back at you
i stand and walk to the window
covered with bars
with rage as my only emotion
i punch the solid wall
i watch as blood slips down my hand in one swift motion
i fall to the floor and hit my head
i sway back and forth
listening...silently
here i dont want to stay
listening...to the voices
swaying...rocking
listening to what they say
