Apoplexy

by ambika   Aug 2, 2005

Numb the mind with endorphins.
A feign heart made with hate.
To endure a life filled with violence
Robs this individual of her innocence.

Faithless and loveless
That's what she has become.
Broken and bruised.
The past can't be undone.

Incapacitating her soul and her mind.
Leaving the happiness and love behind.
Drowning in poison, her atmosphere.
Shivering violently, engulfed in her fear.

Inane and insane.
What has she become.
Bitter and distant.
The pain can't be undone.

Her world fell apart right in front of her eyes.
Suffocated by the enmity and the hateful lies.
Lost in her labyrinth of sinful endeavour.
Wandering these endless paths forever.

Paralysed and unfeeling.
Her mind is still reeling
With thoughts of her past.
That still haunt her present.
