You never know

by tabithaa   Aug 2, 2005

Do you hear her crying?
Do you hear her calls of plea?
Do you hear her silent begging,
As she falls painfully to her knees?

Do you even wonder if she's OK,
when you lay awake at night?
Do you wonder if she still has hope,
in her dreams, or has she lost sight?

I hope you know, she's not happy,
You killed all the dreams she once had,
She will never forgive you,
I don't know what has made this so bad.

She refuses to tell me,
What you did that hurt her so,
I was hoping she would give in,
Now, I may never know.

She's broken on the inside,
But on the outside, she's brand-new,
At night, she cries tears so lonely and sad,
It's all because of YOU.

It's so hard for me to watch her,
Live through this everyday,
You have shattered her soul,
And ruined her in every way.

I hope I never get hurt as bad,
As you hurt her,
You don't have second thoughts,
Why? I'm not sure.

Please just quit destroying her,
She loves you, very much so,
She may love you even more,
Than you will ever know.
