Lied To Death

by CiniMini   Aug 4, 2005

Darkness filled her eyes...
As she stands watching his
body bleed, his heart fade...

She knew he was dead,
She could see his blank expression,
His faded eyes watching her.

His soul didn't reach heaven,
He haunts her every night...
Reminding her of that day,
That terrible sight.

Walking by his grave she says a dark-filled goodbye...

Loving her for who she was,
He was always there.
Not knowing who she really was,
Not knowing she didn't really care.

This girl had a man,
You'd think she loved without a doubt...

On that day, she killed the man she cared about.
