Untitled

My best-friend for life.
We were like husband
and wife.
Talk to you all through the night.

You were always there
to keep me safe.
I was always there to comfort you.
There was nothing in this
world that that I wouldn't do,
if you asked me to.

But then I was a friend
at your convenience.
It took me so long to see this.
I was never your real friend.
So now this "friendship"
has come to an end.
