Mass Confusion

by Renee   Aug 12, 2005

I'm a mass of confusion
having nothing to say
but everythings on my mind
I scream, maybe you understand.

I sit here and wait,
for action
but I have nothing to say
yet every word is about you.

I look at you,
seems your looking for words, too
I stare you down
maybe you hear what im screaming at you

I'm so damn confused
I don't know what your trying to say
you tell me stories
but your eyes see them as mistakes

I tried so hard
but I couldn't even write it down
what I wanted to tell you was....
it's too late, you'll never know now.

-*-I don't know what I'm trying to say in this peice, hence the title. I know who I'm talking to though. Sorry if its confusing. just had to let it out though.-*-

It's not confusing but you sure did betray your confusion. It came through loud and clear. Very nicely done...I love how you just left it like that...you never said what it was you were trying to get out. You left the reader wanting more and wondering what you were thinking..... What you really wanted to let out.

    I sorta understand it :)
The flow wasn't the best and made it a bit hard to read but its getting your feelings out and thats all that matters :)

    well done :)

<3 Wonderful write hun. I know exactly what you're talking about.

Your eyes are screaming what you think, and you want this person to notice, without you havng to say anything, because you don't know how to say it. And you think that this person feels the same but can't say it either. You wanted to tell this person, but now it's too late for a reason...I assume the reason is the person moved away, or passed on. That's my guess at least.

It's a brilliant poem and I'm sure many can relate. Lovely work. =) Love you my dear.
