Tears of an Empty Heart

by Nancy   Aug 13, 2005

Her heart cried tears that were caused
By a love that had never happened
And will never happen
A part of her regretted
Ever meeting the object of her desire
Yet another part cherised
The moments they had had together
However insignificant they had seemed to others
Yet even those these happy memories filled her head
Her empty hear still
Cried salty tears of pain.

Note from me: This poem was just
random. I can recognise the feelings that are written, but I didn't write it to portray them. Still, it's all true.

Just a note from the author about the second love line. It says hear but that should be heart. Sorry!
