Hard times

hold tight to me
my friend, my sister,
for these are hard times
our haven is crumbling
we stand here,
hand in hand,
watching helplessly
our innocence now lays in ruins
we need each other
now more than ever
we are vulnerable
exposed to this world
and oh what a cruel world it is!
can u feel it?
it is trying to pry us of our
individuality,
originality,
and whats left of our now broken trust,
its threatening to rip us apart
close your eyes
hug me tight
lets fall away together
hold tight to me
my friend, my sister,
for these are hard times

    Great job, obvously tied to your emotoins and relatoinship to you sister-er I mean heartfelt. It has a great flow, I'm a big fan of the flow... Sorry but that's about all I can say, I'm not a super great genius writer or anything.

    thanks rach........i have to put up a poem for you now.......its so true.....and one day we'll relize that the bonds of friendship.....will last forever....for the have helped me through so much......when others weren't there.....so thanks....i hope you'll appericate my poem as much as i tureaser your....
