All she wanted was to see her mom happy

by allie   Aug 15, 2005

A door closed
As she heard her dad drive off
she ran to her mother
Seeing her mom in nothing but tears
This time the fight got so bad he left
All her mom could say was,"I'm sorry dear...he's not coming back this time."
Yet this girl didn't know if she was happy or sad
All her dad did was b i t c h
Never could he let her be happy
She just ran to room
Rolled over and slept
Hoping she would wake up and
Know it was a dream
Yet she woke up to her mom still sobbing
trying so hard to stop
She witnessed her mom in nothing but a robe...daily meds...and back off to bed
This girl tried so hard to make her mom happy again..
She couldn't help her mom..
One year later..
The mom couldn't take it anymore..
She took her own life
This girl had no where to turn
She died inside
For she had let her mom drift away
And couldn't do anything to help
This darling girl Lost her will to talk to anyone
She went on in life
She never spoke to any man
Not even her father
For he particularly killed her mom
Or so she thought
She never married
Never had kids
Only herself
For in her lifetime
She learned, that she could trust no one..
And in many cases
Not even her own family..
She drifted off to internal sleep
In her old age..
She sent her spirit looking for her mom
In hopes her soul would see her mom
........happy.......
