Trying to stand up..in vain...

It's not that I don't want to get better,
It's just that everything around me keeps pushing me down

I can't seem to be able to rise now that I have fallen so low,
And God knows how much I struggle.

Every time I make an effort to stand up again, to smile and be optimistic,
Something has to happen and I fall back down again.

I don't know how to make it all better,
I've done all that is in my power...
