We Had To Say Good-Bye...

[This is not my best work but I was remembering broken friendships I have gone trough. I hope you like this.]

I am here sitting in this bed,
With many thoughts floating on my mind,
Remembering some old memories,
That I used to leave behind

You used to be my best friend,
A friend no where else to be found,
But when I needed you the most,
You where never around

Still, You made me live really happy moments,
Because together we used to share,
We vowed some many things,
I vowed to really care

I didn't wanted to loose your friendship,
Because you made a big space inside my heart,
And after all the problems we had to face,
I didn't wanted our friendship to drift apart

I tried to save this friendship,
It was useless but I tried,
And to this day I can remember,
That because of this I used to cry

I still don't realize that your gone now,
When you used to be my best friend,
And till this day I cant believe,
That our friendship came to and end

I miss you really badly,
You where the one that made me smile,
And I still can't believe,
That we had to say goodbye...
