I remember the day
That you came along
Saved me from my past
And showed me where I belong

I needed more than this
I wanted more than life could give
I wanted more than what I had
And then you came along

I needed more than this empty life
I wanted more than this blunt knife
I wanted more than my empty soul
And then you were my savior

My angel without wings
Flying by my side
Keeping me on the right track
Never leaving my side

I remember the time
You tried to show me
Show me all the signs
