Ode: Real Kiss

Never getting tired of this,
This is how I know it is for real.
Spending December in your kiss,
For the first time, my dreams I reveal
Feelings only grow stronger within me,
Each day spent in your arms,
Feelings so strong now it is hard to believe,
Day in day out, never resisting your charms.

The light shines in your eyes,
As June slowly rolls around,
Our hearts forgotten their own disguise,
Shed their skin for a love so profound.
A halo shines around your heart and head,
Our bodies long to be at one,
As our hearts speak words unsaid,
Traveling across the ocean.

Far off voices speak to me,
Running through my head,
You are the light to make me see,
Our love is purebred.
Leaving everything behind we kiss,
Find a new place to heal,
Never getting tired of this,
This is how I know it is for real.
