Hill of Flowers

by Momentary Relapse   Aug 22, 2005

Delicate flowers dot the ground
A carpet of many shades
Rising up to smother a hill
A wrinkle that never fades

Bright the colors blend together
A rare treat to ever see
Falling crystals among the petals
They move sliding slowly

Streams of light caress flowers
Raising their heads in greeting
Petals warmed by the sun
Flushing at the point of meeting
