Even Though You're Gone

You never know how great something is,
Til it's gone.
And you never know how important it is,
Til they break that bond.
Well I've lost you before,
And I know the pain.
With you I have nothing to lose,
And everything to gain.
I know you want to leave,
And that's okay.
`Cause if you ever want me back,
I'll be here to take you back any day.
But before you go know this,
I love you.
And I'd walk through flames,
If you ever asked me to.
And I'll ALWAYS love you,
Whether we're together or apart.
You will always be my baby boy,
You will always have my heart.
Sure it hurts a lot,
But I want you to be happy.
And if this is the way,
Then let it be.
Just keep one thing in mind,
You're the love of my life.
And even though you're gone,
I'm still gonna dream I'm your wife.

    Hi that was great my boyfriend nathan moved from me and never saw each other again its been 4 years but i still think of him i think i love him and he was the first guy i kissed so thats why i think this poem is sort of like my problem it was great keep writing
