One constant motion, one complete soul.

by AutumnOrange   Aug 23, 2005

Two feet, in constant motion,
dance into the shadows, we're only silhouettes.
Swept under the treetops, hidden from the pale moonlight.
A breeze collides you into me, one dancing motion, one complete eternity.

Bare feet pound against the wet cement, don't let me go i'm afraid I might fall.
Swim into the ocean of me, without you I feel so empty.
You complete my constant motion, without you there would be no dancing.
Let go of me, and you let go of everything.

Why am I so afraid to fall? If you let me fall, then you were never there at all.
If you'd let me fall over this rocky cliff, i'd pull you with me, I won't die alone.
I won't die in the arms of someone who wants me to fall,
I won't die for you, I'll live for me.

The whispering wind tells me different, your embrace feels so right.
I won't die alone in this pale moonlight, if I die tonight, I die with you by my side.
We dance in one complete constant motion, we dance and then we fall.
The dancing ended, the music ended, we were meant to fall together.

Two feet in constant motion,
one constant motion, one constant soul.
Never ending, never fading,
two souls never letting go.
