If It Wasn't .....

If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be feeling this way,
If it wasn't for him i wouldn't be feeling this pain,
If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have thoughts of suicide,
If it wasn't for what he did to me i could see him again,
If it wasn't for him I would still feel alive inside,
If it wasn't for him i would be happy,
If it wasn't for him my heart wouldn't
be in peices,
If it wasn't for him I could sleep at night,
If i wasn't for him he would still have my friendship,
If i wasn't for his pride he would still have my heart,
If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have to cry,
If i wasn't for him I wouldn't have to lie,
If it wasn't for him I wouldn't need that knife,
If it wasn't for him I would have a life,
If it wasn't for him I would be fine.

I wrote this poem because I wanted to have a new poem and that's what was on my mind at the time and ever since we broke up I've felt empty inside like there was something missing. So I wrote this poem to try to cope with it without physical harm because I really am trying to stop and I've turned to my poetry.
