The Fire Stopping Me Fall Apart

by Ben   Aug 30, 2005

From time to time I wonder
If you even miss my gentle touch
But laying by your side
I know I’ve never meant so much

Even though things are good
I still know tomorrow will hold such better days
We’ll always forgive the mistakes me make
Because we love each other in so many ways

Everyday this world grows so cold
But you keep the fire in my heart
Everyday this world grows so old
But you keep me from falling apart

So here we are again
Tomorrow bricked out in front of us
But not just any yellow brink road
No matter how long, the path could never be long enough

Watching everyone else fall to pieces
Makes me wonder about where we’re headed
But I know we’re in this together now
This could never be dreaded

Everyday this world grows so cold
But you keep the fire in my heart
Everyday this world grows so old
But you keep me from falling apart

From time to time I’m sure you wonder
If I ever miss your gentle touch
Well let me tell you, love
You have never meant so much
