Stuck on an island
dead on the interstate
don't know if i want to go
north on love
or south on hate
should i dis-include
my heart for the debate
for redundant errors
are it's prone trait
or should i be grateful
that it makes mistakes
cuz unwanted detours
direct me toward fate
but if fate is what i choose
would it be fair to conclude
control is what i lose?
