I thought maybe you had changed
i don't know how i could be so wrong
i thought you wouldn't lie to me again
i guess that could never last too long.
you said you wanted to be with me
but at the same time you were talking to her
telling her the same sweet nothings
you've told me before.
i thought we really had something
turns out i was mislead
i thought we could be together
but all you want is to get me into bed.
i didn't know that one person
could be put through all this
from one bad relationship to the next
never right from first to last kiss.
you think you can use me
and that I'll put up with your lies
so if your planning on using me
i think it's best we said our goodbyes.
I'm going to have some trouble
with letting you go
even though you've done me so wrong
I've had feelings for you since so long ago.
so if you treat me right
i think this could work
but I'll have to bring myself to say goodbye
