A dying girl

by fallentears   Sep 3, 2005

A little girl sits quietly in her room
Unaware of what's going on downstairs
She silently weeps and looks at the scars on her arms
She gets a pen and some paper and she writes a letter to her parents
She then takes the knife she's hidden in her drawer
And cuts deeply into her wrist
She does it a couple of times until she's lost all perspective of everything around her
After a couple of hours her parents go to her room
See there little girl on her bed
Blood all over the sheets
They run up to her bed and cry
They see a letter beside her mournful body
The letter says ''Goodbye sorry for being a burden to you
I'm sorry for leaving you like this
But I couldn't go on living
Cause my life was so unforgiving
There are only a few people I'll miss
And you'll be the first ones on that list
I should have done this a long time ago
You should have killed me before I was even born
My heart is so worn
I can't take the rejection of this cold world
So I've resulted to this bitter farewell
I'm sorry''

*Needs some improvement*
