The one for me

I saw him standing under a tree, and I knew then, he was for me,
My heart was racing, my knees went weak,
I fell for him hard, nor could I speak.
I think of him with every breath, and every beat of my heart.
The image of his face I can't forget,
the sound of his voice whispers to my heart.
If there is a heaven on earth, then I have found it, in him,
for in him I have seen an angel,
my heart skips a beat, my breath slows,
when I think of him standing there beneath that tree,
for I know that in my heart and soul
he will always be the one for me.
