I'm Sorry What i Have Caused

As i pull out the blade
i cry my last tears
and say my last words
as i dig the blade deep in my wrist
i start to feel pain
as blood starts to flow out
i start to shake
and move the blade over
cutting threw my skin and veins
as i lose blood
i think wat i have put everyone threw
then i slowly let go of the blade
as my head starts to tilt back
and the last words i say to myself
"god please forgive me for what i have done
i'm sorry and please let my parents know
i love them"
my eyes slowly start to close
turning yellow
then my last breath
and heart beat
i have gone.
