To Angel

by Angel Sanctuary ©   Sep 7, 2005

You are what plagues my dreams
An endless dream; not haunting me
My mind sleeps of ease
To know that you are in my memories

My heart beats; the train tracks squeal
In my path lays thy Golden Angel
The Heavenly bird within my dreams
The flowers blossom; her hair dangles in the green

The sun sets as the horizon dances
Your beauty lies within thy eyes
A delicate creature with a blossomed smile
A body as perfect as the flowers laid upon

The wind passes; her hair walks in the leaves
Dark oak eyes; Singing endlessly
White wings; they hover above me
My shield, my love, my loving eternity

Immortal she my seem
My bird of endless glee
But she is as frail as me
My Angel so tender and sweet

My mind will never cease
You will be idealized by me
An Angel to me that I see
My dreams; just you and me
That is all I dream it to be
