How did you forget

Are you happy now?
i mean happy that we aren't together anymore.
how did you forget all the love we gave each other. somebody told me you found someone else, someone better than me. what do i do with all this love, please help me forget you. teach me how to forget. teach me how to live without you. how did you forget? should i find someone else, give them all my love? i just want to move on, but it's too hard, how did you forget?
