Forest of Agony

by Danny   Sep 11, 2005

I walk through this forest of agony
Searching for an answer
I try to find you, yet these obstacles
remain in my way
These webs of embarssment
Sticks of pain
Trees of hate

Then I come to a clearing and there
my answer lies
You standing under a tree
It appears to be safe
I take my first step towards you
I thinking the way was clear, yet it is
not
Webs stick to my face
Sticks poke at my side
Trees staring at me as if I was
absolete

I can not stop
I must continue
I am only but a few strides away
Then light turns to darkness
The colorful leaves turn brown as if
they were afraid to show their
faces

Then everything stops
The ravens flying above freeze
It is just you and I
The way it should be
But still I fret to utter a word

Then another enters
He holds you tight
Glares at me
Then you disappear

A great light flashes
And I find myself back at the
entrance of the forest
The Forest of Agony

..Interesting. I'm thinking of many ways to interpret that. But I think where you were getting at was that you like this girl, she is special to you. But there difficulty to get to her. You want to express your emotions toward her..but everytime you try, something either gets in the way, or you cant say it in fear of rejection. Tell me if I am right. My email is zodda@atlantic.net

    Hope to here from you,
    Jennifer.
