Love's Gun

by Danny   Nov 5, 2005

If only I could take all of it back.
Then maybe we would still go out as
one.
But our love my heart it began to lack.
I can not believe I had used that gun.

You looked so scared, yet I was filled
with hate.
I had pulled the trigger I pulled it
tight.
I wanted to stop but it was too late.
All because we both just wanted to
fight.

The judge looks down, just glaring right
at me.
I look right back up with dark eyes of
fear.
He says to me, "It's your time to plea."
Not saying a word my drops one tear.

Until we both meet again in the great
beyond.
I will think of you and hold you quite
fond.
