After writing down the last page on her book,
She closed her eyes and tried to sleep,
While she prayed that tomorrow will be better,
And that what she lived was just a bad dream.

She stand up and quickly dressed for school,
Took a look in the mirror and cleaned her tears,
For she cried silently all the whole night,
Because she knows her pain will last for years.

She jumped inside the car and went to school,
While every one came and surrounded her back,
Started to ask her what was those bruises on her legs,
While she just stared at the book she had in hand.

" I slipped into the floor after taking a shower",
She stared at the book knowing that she lied,
But she knew she couldn't tell anybody her secret,
All she felt was pain and shame inside.
