Until We Meet Again

by Samantha   Sep 12, 2005

Until we meet again
I have only one thing to say
As I watched you walk right out the door
I watched my world slip away.

You slipped right through my fingers
My soul can no longer soar
My heart, you left behind you
Torn to pieces, shattered on the floor.

You will soon begin to see
See what you left behind
You will know then, how much I meant
But it is me who you will not find.

You will always be fondly remembered
But the feelings will no longer stay
And then you'll come to realize
That YOU had walked away.

And when we do meet again
I'll have only one thing to say
And as you watch me say goodbye
You'll watch your world slip away.
