Nowhere Land

"There's nowhere left for me to go." she thought, as she slowly drifted off into a lifeless sleep.
"I'd sell my soul for someone who cared."
Her thoughts had been taking over her mind these past few months and the voices in her head were becoming too much to handle. She had been through it all before, not ready to sit and wait for it to happen again. It was decided that nobody really means anything they say, and the blue of the sky really was enough to cover ugliness of the world. She found it was easiest to hide everything with a smile; the smile everyone loved and admired so much. This mystical smile was enough of a mask to hide her from everything she did not want to let in. It's better this way. Soon there would be no one to let down, no fears. She'll be happy, in her own sweet slumber.
"It will all be over in awhile..." She whispers to herself, finally realizing this is truly the end.
