Almost been a year...

Dear Grandma,
It's been almost a year since you passed away,
We all still think about you from day to day.
We miss you so much sometimes we want cry,
But we know you are in a better place after you died.
We know you went to heaven,
We know it for a fact,
You were such a wonderful a person,
Someone we will never forget.
Grandma we miss you and this will be very hard,
But together all of us will try to stand tall.
We miss you grandma,
Sometimes I just sit back and talk to you.
I know you can hear me, I can feel your love flow through.
We miss you grandma,
We will always remember you.
We love you grandma knapp,
From the bottom of our hearts.
I can't wait to see you at heaven's gate.
Where I know you will await....

I know this isn't like the best poem but this is getting hard it has been almost a year since my grandma passed away and we are fighting hard to keep the tears back..Please comment and vote..I know this isn't the best but I had to write it..
