The earths conscience (short)

by Lenny   Sep 17, 2005

A peach dusk lay between the shoulders of the world,
The struggling Earth
And callous Sun,
Both dependent on one another,

Like a weight on the earth,
The sun lingers
-a looming conscience to alight the sky,

Everyday the earth tries to hold up his adversary,
Attempts to delay his impending acceptance,

And each day the sun sinks into the horizon.

You capture nature so vividly.. its like every image is picturesque and totally original.. you dont get as much views/comments as you should.. in such a little space, you painted a great sequence.. the transition between the 3rd and 4th "stanzas" seems a bit disjointed and kinda leaves me disoriented, though the poem is still good as is.. i dont really have much else to say.. good job once again..
