Self harm

I see it there, vividly scarred on my thigh...
i remember when i did that,
it made me cry...
i see the pink and red lines on my arm...
the horrible result of my self harm
I see my blood shot eyes in the mirror
from my lack of sleep...
and when i cant rest
i dig the razor in deep!
strangely i feel deflated...
calm...and at peace,
still sobbing painfully...
as i drift off to sleep.
Its impossible some nights...
hes got permanent residence in my head,
im stuck with painful memories of things he said...
it reduces me to tears...
and i scrunch my body up tight,
when i get up the guts...
I'll take my life

    Wow...just...wow.

    that is an amazingly great poem.

    as i read it....each line just...it captured what i was, what i am...and you can express yourself so great in poems...its just...wow.
