Waiting to be Saved

by k i k i   Sep 19, 2005

Thrill of adventure,
Rush of emotions too much to handle.
Made a mess out of me,
Stranded in an unknown place.
Shaking, I don't know where to run,
I can't take it much longer.

Alone, I stand, waiting for you.

Remembering how you told me,
That I would be alright, strength grows.
No mistake, running as fast as I can,
Getting down to the ground, don't shoot.
Breaking, shattered and pierced in the stomach,
Bashed and bruised, let me out.

I want you to save me, please baby.

Cut the ropes from around my neck,
Sew the marks that have been made.
Stop the bleeding of this heart,
Give it love and care.
Show me a new lease of life,
Never leave me, my only love.

I don't want to lose the only thing I got.
