Shivered soul

Your soft fingers run past my lips
sending shivers down my spine
rekindling romance
i can feel my heart beat faster
still torn at the seams from when you left me
but now
now we are together
as in my dreams
i embrace you now
forgetting your faults and mine
your warm arms wrapping around me
telling me it will all be okay
i open my young eyes and see nothing
i tear falls down my cheek and i collapse on the cold ground
i see now we can only be together
