Painted smile

by Jen   Sep 21, 2005

As the razor runs along
her soft skin,
you can see the
pain in her eyes.

You can taste the
salty blood that runs down her smooth arm.
You can hear the
Tears that run down her pale cheek.

You can smell the
Fear that indwells
her hallow heart.

as she wipes
the warm blood
and covers it
with her lies and secrets.

She paints the
smile, which you all know.
Just to hide her, Pain from these cruel world.
