Can no longer breathe

Thoughts drifting back and forth inside mt head
memory's fade, the lights dim
total darkness blinds my eyes
my heart slows, it's finally time

i feel cold, and forgotten
like i was never wanted
abandoned and left alone
with no place to call my own

my screams pour out silently
as i grip the razor tightly
pulling it across real slow
knowing I'll always be alone

my blood pours out
my lips don't make a sound
my eyes blurred with tears, i cant see
i fall to the ground, i can no longer breathe

    I think this sentence can be better, i can't tell you how, just read it again and see if you can change the words okey...just thought it doesn't sound right.
