So, This Is How It Feels When You Can't Breathe?

by kelsielaroche   Sep 22, 2005

All those sleepless nights,
Combine into one regret,
That regret turns into a soar,
A never ending soar that reveals, Everything that I have ever been hidden from.

Sufforcating on the inside,
But you assume I can breathe,
You knew it was going to be cold out here,
You knew I was going to cry,
You knew there would be beggers,
You knew some were going to die.

I held my breath,
You held my heart,
I let go,
You drop and shatter,
I scream and bleed.

I don't want to hear the words,
That speak more then the truth,
I want to see you fall,
And scream for me,
One last time.

To feel more then just this,
I wish I wasn't a mess,
To believe in something more,
Oh how I wish I was whole.
