As each day goes by
I realize how much I have hurt you
Little by little
To think I played you for a fool
When all I wanted to do
Was reach high
To the sky

I never meant to bring you down
I never meant to disappoint you
I just want you to know " I am sorry!"
I know sorry wont fix what I did this time
But to see you hurt and cry
Every time I lie
Makes me want to die

I should of thought of you
Before I did what I did
So as these days go on
" Do you think you could forgive me?"
I know I am asking alot from you
But I just want you to be able to trust again

I'm not perfect
I'm not made of stone
I wish I could hide when something bad goes wrong
But where would that get me?

For being here for me

No matter how bad I messed up
I'm sorry for always betraying your trust
