Cutting myself

My life is such a mess I really dont know how to deal with all this stress. Cutting myself is like a game because its the only thing that keeps me entertained. Is it really worth living when all u want to do is die? How can I move on and get on with my life? When nothing seems to work I just break down and cry .,
