Can't You See?

by SPC Ecklund   Sep 25, 2005

I walk around with a smile that hides my depression and the cuts I made.

You treat me as if I am just someone that you have to look after.

Can't you see the pain behind my smile, the depressed little daughter that you have?

Can't you see the cuts upon my wrist, the hatred for you in my eyes?

You have lost me. I am so far gone now and you can't even see!

Here I go I'm stepping off the edge of this cliff, can't you see?

I'm so far gone now that no one but me can help me!

Can't you see you are going to make me take my own life?

Wake-up damit, Wake-up and see I'm so far gone now!
