Burning me into tiny shreds
Tearing apart my soul
Turning it into hatred

The skies are black and dull
They\'re drinking up my tears
Savoring each taste
Creating whirlpools of black

The rain comes crashing down
Splashing crimson blood on my face
Making the fire within roar
Draining me of hope

Taking one step forward
And three steps back
Knowing life will go on like this
I cry my silent plead for help

The blood stains on my face
The tears across my wings
The emptiness from somewhere within
Remembering how you once cared

The rain keeps falling
The red stains turning to black
Removing the evidence of my suicide
Knowing I will always remember what you once were...
