Present And Past

I use to be such a good person to you,
Now I'm not, and you never knew,
How much I needed all of your compassion and trust,
Otherwise this was all to rust.

Look at me from present to past,
See how long the friendship last,
Now all it is is backstabbing and betrayal,
Where everything to fix it, fails.

But I wont take all the blame,
All I could see was destiny in the burning flame,
That we would no longer be friends,
And this was to longer the end.

You never listened to the feelings I had,
My love was soon to become your fad,
Now that I hardly know you,
I wish I never had to.

Look at us from past to present,
All of this result in resent,
I cannot live on with his heartache and pain,
Maybe in the future we can live again.

But right now we are not living as we should,
Were not living as we could,
It just upsets me, as much as I want this,
But all the happiness, I miss.

This is it, present to past,
Its all gone way too fast,
Now all I do is dream of how we use to be,
And have finally figured out, its me.

And showed me life is lies,
And now I know that thats all you'll do,
