Never Gone

by Anthony   Sep 28, 2005

Staring at the drawing you drew,

I don't want to say that I miss you

Everytime I think I'm clear

Your voice just whispers in my ear

Just when I try to forget

You're in my mind to remind me yet

I try to drown out that voice within

That makes my life take that
unwanted spin

No matter just how hard I try

That voice reminds me that I too will die

I can't move on, I'm stuck in place

Angry because my problems just won't erase

This poets soul burns without fire

A reminder of where she hung with that wire

"I'll never leave you" That's what you said

And you havn't left me, even though you're dead.

"Staring at the painting you drew,"

Made me think of a certian someone, you know who, also, I didn't know you can draw a painting...you usually paint a painting. =P

"Just when I try ti forget"

    Misspelled "to"

"This poets soul burns without fire"

    My favourite line. =)
