A DIFFICULT GOODBYE

I struggle for patience to understand,
That this was to end the moment it began,
I search for strength to try and let go,
Of a friendship that helped my heart to grow.

The void left behind the loss I feel,
Seems forever will stay and never be healed,
For the sorrow that consumes my heart,
Makes my days become so damn hard!

I can not see the hope that lies past my tears,
For within my heart I'm trembling with fears
That in the future and through time
The kind of friendship we had I'll fail to find.

SOMETIMES FRIENDSHIPS LAST A LIFE TIME OTHERS MAY ONLY LAST FOR ONLY A WHILE AND TO SAY GOODBYE WHEN YOU DON'T WANT IT TO BE GOODBYE SEEMS THE HARDEST THING TO DO, BUT IN YOUR HEART YOU KNOW YOU JUST HAVE TO LET GO..
