Mother

by Marisa Lishay   Oct 3, 2005

I wanna show you everything i can,
i wanna give you the knowledge to be a good man.
as i watch you sleep, or while you run (the pitter-patter of little feet).
it foreshadows what's to come, if what i give you will stay, and create one.
one of definite home-training, and verbal skills,
and one who would give you the world, if you will.

i wanna give you this information i read,
not just provide the hands that feed,
feed my little clone.
the one whose prone to anything other than,
what's said to be believed as wonderful.
my only goal is...
to keep you from being an understatement,
an underestimation, if you will.
i wanna make you something unforgetable,
my intentions never ill-fated,
something i can take a walk and remember.
