Feel

Often I feel the bad beating
Racing away within me
One by one and beat by beat
I wonder why do I take this heat?

Very rarely do I feel the good
Flowing gently through me.
Pulse by Pulse and one by one.
I wonder why can't there be more?

I cry inside
But look so peaceful.
I plead so shyly,
Why can't you hear me?

Drastic, fears within me
Know me well enough to see
How it is suppose to be
Between two souls that gleam.

I love you until no end.
Apart or together and still my friend
Rays warm my soul to see you shine
I try to stay strong as more we bond.

Can you hear me now,
or must I go.
