Tonight I'll Be Through.

by Not Bulletproof   Oct 7, 2005

My heart beats in a scratchy tune,
I'm sick of this melody finally.
The end is coming to me soon,
Each day I feel it deeper in me.

Give me a blade so I can pierce,
Beneath the skin to an artery.
I want to fix this craving so fierce,
So give me something sharp to fix me.

Someone will think I'm wrong,
And try to stop me from this.
But I'm tired of this same song;
I'm tired of this f#cking bullshit.

My heart can't take this anymore,
Goodnight; goodbye to you.
I'm walking down to Hell's door,
Tonight I'll sin and I'll be through.

The imagery was breathtaking and the emotions it held seemed so real. It's a good thing it's a poem because it seemed to be true. Great job.

I'm glad it's just a poem, and I hope you aren't having those cravings. I don't think you are though, I think you're much past these kinds of things, and you can only get better. Keep your head up my love. I love you soo much, and I'm missing you!

    Take Care,
