The dead cant pretend.

by hidden under lies   Oct 8, 2005

Behind the curtains she takes a glace, never before has she seen such beauty such grace as this, her mother is flawless with the perfect smile, yet now it is nothing but a frown with tears pouring down, this girl doesn't know what makes her mother cry. she stands by her mother and says mother why all the tears, she touches her mothers shoulder and the mother doesn't move, she wonders why shes not talking back. the girl looks up and into the mirror but only sees her mother and not her. in her mothers hand she holds a note, that says I'm sorry mom it was for the best, you see you and dad you always fight I'm tired of the scars and scratches and all the hate, I'm sorry for this sight and if any hurt comes to your heart, i will stand beside you as you read this note, remember i love you. the mom drops the note and drops to her knees and prays her daughter will come back. the girl doesn't understand how could it be shes standing right next to her mom how could this be happening, she looks to the left and looks to the right and there her body lies right there in sight, her mother cries louder and you cant ignore the pain.
