Fight back; say your words, cut into my skin,
Seek revenge over my truth, but you can never win.
Undermine the way I am, try to show my fear,
But I won't fall to your power, my dignity's still here.

Take a hit and make it hard, watch me hit the ground,
But I will rise to prove my worth; I'll turn it all around.
I can fight back; I can hurt, if you want to play this game,
But if you're smart you'll disappear and take with you the blame.

I don't want to walk this path; I see no reason to move,
I'm not going to fight this battle, there's nothing here to prove.
